Purchases & Refunds

Once you have your placed a course in your shopping basket you can then click on the basket and choose to checkout. By clicking on the checkout button you will then be taken to the Payment page where you simply enter your personal details plus payment information according to the payment method that you have chosen.
It might be a network problem, so your internet connection might be poor or our server might be down. Close your browser and try again. If the problem persists, please send an email to info@key2learn.org
If for any reason you are entitled to a refund, you will receive one within 24 hours once you have sent us an email .
In the Checkout area you can simply enter the Coupon Code that you may have received. This will automatically change the total price of the purchase, before moving on to the payment stage.

Learning

You can simply take the course as many times as you like. Key2learn guarantees lifetime access to all the courses offered.
Most of the course material is only offered online due to the software used for the production of the learning material. However, there are still a lot of resources that are offered in the course, which can also be downloaded and also accessed offline.
You can always pick up where you have stopped. Or you can even start from the very beginning. It is simply up to you, simply choose whether to start or continue when prompted at the beginning of the course.
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to helpyou@educo.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
Minimum system requirements for accessing Key 2 Learn courses are: Adobe® Flash Player: Internet access (works on all speeds, although the faster the better, as always!) Processor (any CPU speed which is sufficient to run the Flash Player and a browser at the same time). Web browser (pre-installed on most Windows/Mac/Linux operating systems); recommended browsers include Google Chrome® and Mozilla Firefox®. Email address (if you don't have one, sign up with Google™ Mail, Yahoo!® Mail or any other free email provider).
