Robotics & Coding
Our Key 2 Robotics course is specifically designed to introduce young learners into the field of coding and robotics. Our young engineers learn how to build various structures using their own imagination. In particular, after a few lessons our young learners are able to programme their robots so as to avoid obstacles or move according to sound. Other activities include navigating their robots in a maze, Sumo fighting, Robo wars and Robo Soccer.
What is more, in the next series of lessons our young students will have the chance to put their coding skills into practice by programming and navigating drones. Some of the equipment that we use for our lessons include: Edison Robots, Lego WeDo 2.0 and Airblock drones.
In a nutshell, our students learn the following:
- Coding, by practising on various programming languages such as Blocks, Scratch and Python.
- Building complicated robot structures.
- Navigating drones through coding.
